In general, I don't think I ever shared what made me so interested in languages and why I became a teacher yet. You could say it comes from my interests in new cultures or travel, and both would be correct, but that's not the whole truth, just part of it.
I first got interested in languages, especially the English language, at the age of 13 when my father had bought my sister an English dictionary, but she didn't care about it. So I took the dictionary and found a lot of amazing things in it. From that moment on, I became interested in languages.
From a very early age, I understood that man’s greatest wealth is knowledge. Thus, I came to understand that the integrality of man, as a full citizen, will only be achieved through education.
When I was still very young and in training, I didn’t fully grasp the teacher’s role in society. However, over time, I began to understand the depth of our impact. I realized that, in addition to facilitating knowledge and interactions and providing opportunities for students to exchange experiences, we also prepare individuals to actively contribute to the ongoing transformation of society. We aim to create a fair, empathetic, and equitable world where everyone has equal opportunities and rights. Achieving this vision is impossible without ensuring that everyone has access to knowledge..
In the classroom, significant learning takes place where students and teachers, in situations of interaction with each other and with knowledge, transform themselves to transform society.
