ABOUT ME
Hello everyone! My name is Marcelo Pereira, and I’m from Camaçari - BA, Brazil. I hold a degree in Modern Languages (Portuguese/English), an MBA in Human Resources, and a Master's in Applied Linguistics. In addition to working as a translator and interpreter, I have experience in diverse fields such as scuba diving, junior programming, and photography.
Currently, I am also a Tech Recruiter, specializing in talent acquisition for the tech sector, where I apply my knowledge and skills to identify and attract the best professionals for companies.
With 14 years of experience teaching English, I started my career as a private tutor and, over time, expanded my work to both public and private schools, teaching students of various ages and proficiency levels.

Scuba Diving Course - International Certification
After being a part of The PADI Discover Scuba Diving Program, I was encouraged to take the first scuba diving course which is the PADI Open Water Diver, a basic course that certifies you and gives you permission to dive up to 18m/60ft deep anywhere in the world. And the coolest thing is this certificate has no expiration date.
